The package includes a spindle assembly, a pulley, four tapped bolts, a blade nut, a pulley nut, and a washer. The overall height of the assembly is 7-1/2 inches (190mm), and the mounting hole distance is 5-5/8 inches (143mm). The blade adapter features a 5-point star design.

The spindle assembly is compatible with a variety of lawn tractor models, including Husqvarna LGT2554, YT24V48, YTA18542, YTA22V46, YTH2348, YTH22V46, YTH22V42 (42"), YTH24V48, as well as Craftsman GT6000, LT1000, LT3000, T3000, YS4500 (models 917.276180, 3917.288517, 917.27664, 917.203830 46"), YT4000, YTS3000, and the 2008 Craftsman Professional Ride Mower, YTS4000 (917.289283). It also fits Craftsman Limited Edition vts dls 3500 46" Deck, Ariens lawn tractors with 42" decks, and the Pro PB22VA48 and 936042(000101) Hydro Tractor 42" models.

However, it is important to note that this assembly is not compatible with any zero-turn mowers.

The spindle assembly is pre-greased and comes with a grease fitting on the side for maintenance. It is recommended to grease the assembly before use and until grease can be seen coming out of the weep hole at the base. Changing the oil at the end of the mowing season is also crucial for the longevity of the lawn mower.
